Our last
breakfast at the lodge. Omelet, toast, fruit-pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe. Last minute pictures of the property. We meet Primo at 9:45 am who takes us by boat to dock at
Cano Blanco.
Here we transfer to A/C bus. Driver-Victor. Guide-Yuri. We stop at
Selva Tropical for
lunch. We have chicken, beef, rice, corn, squash, a lettuce and tomato salad, juices, water. Others will continue on to San Jose but we have arranged to pick up our rental car here at 1:00 pm.
Mapache rent a car. Susuky Jimny with GPS. Filled out papers and set the GPS for our next destination-
Puerto Viejo. Back to the Caribbean side of Costa Rica.
Arrived at
Cariblue 5:10 pm. There were road construction delays and some rough stretches/potholes. Right outside our room #20 is a 3 toed sloth sitting in a tree. Our room has a hammock and chairs on the balcony. Shower, no bathtub. There is A/C and a hair dryer.

We have
dinner at the hotel. I have the shrimp special and pina colada while Richard has calamari and Imperial beer. Cost $41.87 USD without tip. Food was just ok, not outstanding.
