This was a great trip. If you like opportunities for adventure then Costa Rica is the place to visit. I only wish we had visited this country sooner as we were in our 60s when this trip happened. Fortunately we were in fairly good physical shape.
Hiking, zip lining/canopy tours, white water rafting scuba diving, snorkeling were just some of the activities we did. Breathtaking sunsets, lovely beaches. Awesome wildlife-monkeys, sloths, frogs, and so much more. Great national parks.
Caribbean Sea on the east, Pacific Ocean on the west. A country that is easy to reach from the US.
Friendly people, good food.
Costa Rica was so beautiful and very charming.
